Services

one-on-one MINDFULNESS-Based sessions:

  • Come to own your own power. These one-on-one sessions are for individuals who are committed to cultivating self-awareness but want to take things to another level. Sessions focus on getting crystal clear on what you really want and what is actually getting in the way. This inevitably leads to powerful realizations and personal breakthroughs. Inquire if you are ready to step up (or rather step-in) to who you are. Please note, this is not therapy and cannot be billed by insurance.

Team-based facilitation & consultinG:

  • Business teams and athletic teams are ten times more effective when communication, honesty and trust is hardwired within team dynamics and interactions. I work closely with teams in helping athletes and business professions overcome challenges and obstacles by delivering the latest research on the mind-body connection. Past programming has focused on the following: performance enhancement, communication, and strategies for building a cohesive team (this includes strategies that can be learned via zoom and in online group-based settings).

Speaking Engagements & Trainings:

  • I provide education and training services focused on developing mindfulness-based skills to improve wellbeing. My intention is to bridge the gap between scientific research & the public, making information about the mind-body connection accessible, digestible and engaging. “Shame’s first language begins in the body and then we put protections around it – like defensiveness, hatred, avoidance, fear, disgust, isolation. But really, shame’s individual language begins in the body, before we have words for it. And it’s understandable that it is so seizing of us. It is like being arrested by something — it does stop you. I was trying to think, for a long time, what’s a counterpoint, not a challenge to shame, but what’s a counterpoint to shame? And, I think it’s trust…When we can look to our shameful pasts — all of it and find a place of standing, then we have found a very special place and in this place, we can grow and change and become.” - padraig o tuama
