Description: This is a partially blinded, multi-site randomized placebo controlled clinical trial to examine the efficacy of an 8-week mindfulness based stress reduction intervention for men diagnosed with prostate cancer on active surveillance and their spouses compared to a time/attention-matched health promotion control condition.
